Getting started

What can Loop help with?

Loop guides you through everyday device and app problems. Choose a category or use search, then follow simple checks. Coverage differs by model and issue; a catalogue listing does not mean every problem has a guide.

Can I download Loop yet?

The iOS app is being prepared for release. This is the official support website; a public App Store download will be linked here when available.

Is this live technical support?

Loop provides self-service guides. It does not remotely access your equipment or provide live diagnosis. Email support helps with the Loop service. For damaged hardware or a repair, contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician.

Full Access & purchases

What does Full Access include?

An active annual subscription unlocks the available advanced guides for supported devices and apps. Basic checks and My Tech are free. Review the included coverage before purchasing.

How do I cancel?

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Loop → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Apple’s cancellation instructions.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, open Loop’s More menu, then select Restore purchases. Check your connection and subscription status if access does not return. Email us if you still need help.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store payment and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the purchasing Apple Account. Eligibility varies; approval is not guaranteed. Read Apple’s refund guidance.

My Tech & saved progress

Where are my devices saved?

My Tech, nicknames, language settings and guide progress are stored locally on your device. Loop currently has no app account or cloud-sync service. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.

How do I erase my data?

Use Erase local data in Loop’s More menu to remove your saved devices, preferences and guide progress. This does not cancel an Apple subscription. Restoring a device backup may restore previously backed-up app data.

Can I share a troubleshooting summary?

Loop uses the iOS share sheet when you choose to share a summary. Check its contents and choose the recipient or app yourself. Opening a guide does not send a summary to us.

Before you try a guide

  • Check that your model and software version match the instructions.
  • Back up important information before any reset or other step that could erase it.
  • Stop if a device is damaged, unusually hot, or unsafe to handle.
  • Interface language options and guide translations differ. Troubleshooting guide text is currently in English.
